The Arkansas Center for Health Improvement recently announced they were seeking nominations for the 2022 Dr. Tom Bruce Arkansas Health Impact Award.
The annual award, first presented in 2016, goes to an Arkansan or group of Arkansans who demonstrated leadership and improved the health of the residents of the state.

After a review process, the award will be announced later this year.

ACHI is also currently accepting applications for the inaugural G. Richard Smith, MD, Fellowship in Health Services and Policy Research.
The one-year fellowship will support health services and policy researchers and is available to post-docs or doctoral candidates, who are working on dissertations.
