Central Arkansas Christian defeated Cedarville, 58-45, on Thursday in the opening round of the Class 3A State Boys Tournament at Clinton.
With the win, CAC is now 16-7 and will face Harding Academy in the quarterfinals.
The game will be played at 1 p.m. on Saturday.
Harding Academy defeated Drew County Central in a squeaker, 28-25, in the first round.
CAC had a 24-20 advantage at the end of the first half.
The winner advances to semifinals at 7 p.m. on Monday and the Class 3A championship game will be Friday, March 19 at 7 p.m. in Hot Springs.
