Maumelle’s Mark Lowery announced on Wednesday he was dropping out of the Republican primary for Secretary of State.

Lowery, a term-limited state representative, said he was considering a race for another office and that he would announce that bid on Friday. So, stay tuned.

Maumelle’s Joshua Ang Price is still in the running in the Democratic primary for the same office.
