Maumelle Parks & Recreation will have its annual kids fishing derby on Friday, Aug. 6 at Lake Willastein.

It starts at 5:30 p.m. and ends at 7:30 p.m. Prizes will be awarded to the top two finishers in each age division, which range from under 5 to 11-15.
