And it could be a big one with the proposed O’Reilly Senior Community Addition on the agenda.

The proposed senior living facility would be at 11905 Crystal Hill Road, next to the Park on the River, and the vacant lot covers 9.1 acres. It is owned by Wells Brothers LLC and currently zoned as Planned Commercial Development. The zoning, among other things, would need to change.

O'Reilly's is primarily in Missouri, but also has another project under development on Rahling Road in west Little Rock. The development in Maumelle would be for 155 units for senior living with 93 units designated for independent living, with 44 for assisted living and 18 memory care apartments.

A rendering of the proposed facility, seen below, was included in the packet for this week's meeting.

In old business: There's a revised plat for the Harris and Pfeifer Addition at Commercial Park Drive as well as new business, a proposed variance, for the property.

The changes, if approved, would eliminate the need for 4,500 dump truck loads for a total of 9,000 trips traveling to and from on Maumelle Boulevard.

There's also an amended landscape plan for the Centerpoint Energy training facility at 101 Bringler Drive, the former Molex building in Maumelle.
