North Little Rock: City Council to meet Monday

The North Little Rock City Council, due to the ongoing pandemic, will meet virtually this Monday.

The Mayor, City Attorney and City Clerk will be present in Council chambers at City Hall but council members will attend via Zoom.

The meeting will be streamed at https://www.facebook.com/CityofNorthLittleRock/ and  http://nlr.ar.gov/government/city_council. It will also be carried on public access television.

In new business, the Council has a number of condemnations on the agenda. They include:

All will have public hearings. There’s also a public hearing for a clean up lien of $5,015.94 at 613 West 22nd Street with the listed owner being SFINITI Development, LLC. On the consent agenda is the reappointment of WIll Jones to the Rock Region Metropolitan Transit Authority Board of Directors, and, among other items, the sale of city property at 3500 Camp Robinson and nearly 1.2 acres near Riverfront Drive and Smarthouse Way.
