The City of North Little Rock is now offering cash incentives to anyone receiving the Covid vaccine.
The cash incentive is $125 for the second vaccine shot and $75 for the first shot at a vaccination clinic to be held Wednesday, Sept. 22 at the North Little Rock Chamber of Commerce.
Also to be held that day is a Job Fair for potential city employees.
Both events will start at noon and go until 6 p.m.
The job fair will be held in the second floor conference room at the Chamber building at 100 Main St.
City spokeswoman Shara Booth Brazear said those attending the job fair could also apply for open positions and to search for job openings click here.
The vaccination clinic is a partnership with UAMS and Medicine Man with anyone over 12 eligible to get the shot. The incentives are funded through the President Biden administration with American Rescue Plan Act funds.
