In a Monday press release, North Little Rock Parks and Recreation announced that its facilities would remain open this week.
But staff would evaluate on "day-by-day basis" to determine if programs or facilities would need to be called off or closed as the omicron Covid variant spreads across the state.
The released said that the North Little Rock Community Center and Adult Fitness Center, 2700 Willow St. and the North Heights, Sherman Park, Glenview and Rose City community centers will have open play.
Youth basketball league games scheduled for Saturday, Jan. 15 "are still under review."
