The first is a preliminary plat for the Country Club of Arkansas, Phase XXV-B for a residential subdivision on Lori Kaye Drive.
The Country Club of Arkansas is on both sides of the Maumelle and North Little Rock city limits and the lots are 7 through 34 and 47 through 66.
The other is a special use permit that would allow for a pawn shop at 9871 Maumelle Boulevard. That space is currently vacant and near River City Flooring.
There's also an item that would allow for a residential lot split at 6521 Kelly Road, which is off MacArthur Drive and near the Marche community.
