North Little Rock: School Board hires new high school principal

At a special call meeting on Thursday night, the North Little Rock School Board hired Dr. Nadia Saint-Louis to be the new principal at North Little Rock High School.
Saint-Louis is currently an academy principal with McGavock High School in the Metro Nashville (Tennessee) Public School system.
Her effective date of hire is Tuesday, July 6. Saint-Louis is from Maryville, Tennessee, a suburb of Knoxville in east Tennessee. An online profile of her from Nashville schools said Saint-Louis has worked at the school district for the last 12 years, and had recently gotten her doctorate in education from East Tennessee State University.
One of her first tasks will be to replace Richard O’Connell, who was previously an assistant principal at the high school and resigned with an effective date of June 1.
Among other new hires is Russell Stumpenhaus, who will be an assistant girls high school basketball coach, while in licensed transfers and changes, Dewayne Noble, will now serve as the high school Varsity Dance Coach and Dr. Brouke Reynolds will be the Swim and Dive Coach.
