The Commercial Real Estate Council of Metro Little Rock will have its annual awards on Thursday, Dec. 17 and will start virtually at 3 p.m.
Tickets for the virtual event, which include a gift card to Count Porkula, are available for $25 at crecmlr.org and the event will present two awards: the Commercial Real Estate Person of the Year and the Legacy Award.
The latter will go to the late Dickson Flake, who passed earlier this year, while the finalists for person of the year are:
George Gleason of Bank OZK
Gov. Asa Hutchinson
Henry C. Kelley Jr. of Kelley Commercial Partners.
Flake, who co-founded Barnes, Quinn, Flake & Anderson, Inc., now Colliers International | Arkansas, worked in commercial real estate for 55 years. Flake was a graduate of the University of Michigan and among the projects he developed are:
