The first day of school for Maumelle Charter Elementary is Thursday, Aug. 5.

Classes start at 8 a.m. and the day ends at 3:15 p.m.

Because of the ongoing pandemic, the school is encouraging students 12 and older to be vaccinated as well as wearing masks.

Fully vaccinated students and staff will not be required to quarantine if they come in contact with a Covid-19 positive person.

The school will not have a remote learning option this school year.
