Auditions for the upcoming production of the Sound of Music have been set for Aug. 21 and Aug. 22.

The production is a collaboration between the Argenta Community Theater and the Wildwood Park for the Arts.

This is the first collaboration between the two organizations.

The Aug. 21 audition will start at 10 a.m. and the Aug. 22 audition will begin at 6 p.m. Both will be held at the Argenta Community Theater, 405 Main St., North Little Rock.

First performance will be Nov. 3 and rehearsals will begin late September or early October.

All interested persons should email Casting@ArgentaCommunityTheater.org and a modest production stipend will be provided for cast members.

Vincent Insalaco will serve as director, while Dr. Bevan Keating will be the Music Director. Technical Director will be Sara Cooke and Christen Pitts will serve as the choreographer
