The Lady Falcons of Maumelle Charter got the first win of the season when they defeated Lisa Academy North, 46-26, on Tuesday night.
Maumelle Charter is now 1-8 overall and 1-5 in 2A-5 conference action. Lisa Academy North remains winless on the season.
Maumelle Charter will travel to Hector next Tuesday and will get Conway Christian at home on Thursday, Jan. 28.

In a battle of conference leaders, Lisa Academy North came out ahead as they defeated Maumelle Charter, 63-53, on Tuesday.
The two teams are shoulder to shoulder in the 2A-5 conference as Maumelle Charter is 6-2 in league play, while Lisa Academy North is 5-2. Hector leads the conference in wins at 8 but has three losses. Maumelle Charter is now 9-5 overall, while Lisa Academy North is 11-5.

That game is also Homecoming for Maumelle Charter.
Only families of players will be allowed to attend, but the game will again be livestreamed on Facebook.
Due to Covid restrictions and safety protocol, the school will also not have a homecoming dance.
Post-season play will start on Feb. 13 with the district tournament, the regional tournament follows on Feb. 24 at Melbourne and the 2A state tournament is also at Melbourne and will start March 2.
