Tickets to Arkansas Travelers baseball games at Dickey-Stephens Park in North Little Rock can be purchased by clicking here.
It was a rough week for the Travs at Dickey-Stephens Park as the team went 1-5 and went from first place of the South Division to third. The team is on the road for the next two weeks with this week a trip to the brand-new and $20 million stadium in Wichita, and the following week is a trip to Springfield, Missouri.
The stadium in Wichita was originally built to host a AAA team last year, but when the season didn’t happen because of the ongoing pandemic it sat empty. Then the realigning of the leagues, happened prior to the start of this season, and that meant Wichita was back in Double-A.
Individual leaders
Jake Scheiner ranks at No. 10 in the Texas League for hitting, while Brian O’Keefe is No. 19 and Stephen Wrenn is at No. 20
Ian McKinney is No. 1 in pitching, Tyler Herb is No. 3, Devin Sweet is at No. 15 and Alejandro Requena is at No. 23.
