I so enjoyed Lady Gaga's rendition of our National Anthem! Garth's Amazing Grace wasn't so good. Didn't seem to be his style of music. I too recall tuning into K double A Y from Fordyce to hear top forty music as played by high-energy, entertaining announcers. This was in the late 60s.

Just because someone doesn’t wear a mask doesn’t make them “stupid”. Possibly the man has a medical condition that prohibits him from wearing a mask. Either way you have no right to say anything to him anymore than he has a right to say anything to you for wearing a mask. Maybe you keep 6 feet away and say nothing.

I think Ga Ga should be the official singer laureate of the nat'l anthem...If Garth can't sing the 1st word of the song without a breath he should stay home..

Neal, not in Maumelle, but I witness the same in convenience stores. I went to my Main Street, SoMa, store for milk early one morning and three people were in there without masks. While two fiddled with the ice and soda fountain, I said to the one standing close to me, "you are scaring me by not wearing a mask, check out the sign on the door". They were from out of town I think, because he responded in a very thick Arkansas accent, "Dern, lady you shouldn't be scared of that, you live in downtown Little Rock". The young male cashier, made it worse by loudly and aggressively, not getting onto him about the non-masking, but by telling him "dude, you cannot talk to a older lady like that. You need to show respect to old people!" I do not go there unless necessary.
