Thanksgiving weekend traditionally kicks off the holiday shopping season, but businesses that want to attract more holiday shoppers this year can start now.
The Arkansas Small Business and Technology Development Center will host a holiday marketing webinar series for small businesses, beginning on Aug. 10.
The series features three live sessions, each from 2 p.m. to 3:30 p.m.
Aug. 10: Boost Holiday Sales with Partnership Marketing will focus on how businesses can make the most of word-of-mouth marketing. Learn how to find business allies to collaborate with to get your best results this holiday season. Leveraging your community and your ambassadors is an approach that can work for almost any type of business.
Aug. 17: How to Win at Social Media (Even with No Budget!) find out how to run an effective holiday campaign on social media and how to build a powerful online presence and community for your business. We'll cover organic methods of growing your audience and your brand that you can use whether you have an advertising budget or not.
Aug. 24: Create a Profitable Marketing Strategy covers ways to grow relationships with your audience and generate more sales. Plus, we'll look at how to keep new customers with you after the holiday season so you are not starting from scratch in 2022. Learn how to drive every conversation forward with the right calls to action so you can generate more sales, referrals, and loyalty from your audience.
Melissa Forziat is the presenter. Forziat is a Southern California-based marketer, speaker, consultant, and author. Through her company Melissa Forziat Events and Marketing, she teaches small businesses how to market on a budget.
Forziat will recommend ways small businesses can increase sales without breaking the bank.
